1.Products Description

Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production.

Our forming machines adopt advanced PLC programmable controller; selecting of high quality electronic devices and pneumatic components; using stainless steel pulp barrels with high performance and long service life. Our Egg Tray Machine production line has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system. If you don't want this drying system, it is also OK. Then you will have to do the work of drying up the product trays manually.

5.Packaging and DeliveryDifferent parts packed by different material:
--Paper machine frame will be packed by plastic foam.
--Paper machine accessories parts will be packed in wooden cases very small parts packed by carton.
--Paper pulping machine packed by water-proof PVC film, and outside packed by wood case.

Our productionline has Fully Automatic and Semi Automatic two types , both have computer control system . 1. What is Semi Automatic type ?If only order The 1st and 2nd compulsory parts , that's Semi Automatic because you'll have to do the work of drying up egg tray manually; 2. What is Fully Automat type ?Meaning: the production line includes the Drying system and the whole procedure can be done Automatically . 3.
